When shall I get a confirmation of my place at the event?
You shall get your confirmation email within 48 hours after you have filled in the form. Once you have received this email you are then able to book your travel, once this travel has been shared with the logistics team you shall receive an email confirming your place. Do NOT book any travel without receiving confirmation email.

What is the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party?
Be part of the first-ever exclusive one-day Holiday experience designed to inspire, connect, and elevate your Black Friday and Holiday shopping potential. The program begins on the 10th November with a full day of education, expert insights and meaningful connections. Following the daytime programming, in the evening we will host a Dinner Party, with product discoveries, immersive activations, and an award Ceremony. Throughout you will learn the ultimate tips and tricks to maximize the shopping event and boost your sales and earnings to new heights.

10th November: Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy, 1 Rue de Libourne, 75012 Paris, France and the Party location shall be shared closer to the event date but will be local to the event space.

Who is responsible for booking my travel?
You are! Meaning all Creators must arrive in Paris, France no later than Monday, 9th November if coming from outside of Paris and attend both the Education Day activities and the party in the evening on 10th November. Any travel (flights, eurostar, trains) booked must accommodate travel plans that allow for departure from the hotel on Wednesday, 11th November.
You are responsible for booking your own travel to Paris, France (flights, Eurostar, trains), and transport to/from hotel / airport / train stations.
You will be required to book travel arrangements that ensure you attend all parts of the event and check in to the hotel when expected.
A contribution of €300 /£300 (for guests based outside France) or €150 (for guests based in France) shall be reimbursed for guests invited to the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party for your travel logistics. This can be used towards any travel.
You will receive the €300/£300 or €150 contribution if you spend more or less than this agreed figure.
You will be asked to provide a PayPal account in order to receive reimbursement, and you will receive these funds 7 – 10 days following your attendance to both days at the event.
Please note transfers are not included, and guests will have to make their own way to the hotel.
Do I need a visa?
Depending on your nationality and the purpose of your journey, you may need a visa or an equivalent form of authorisation for every country you enter as part of your journey — even if you are only connecting from one flight to another — known as a transit visa. This is in addition to a valid passport. It is your responsibility to determine whether you require a Visa or not. If you are from outside of France, please check using the following website to see what is required (https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/assistant-visa). If you require a Visa the cost of the Visa will be a part of your reimbursement allowance.
Who is attending the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party?
Creators from each local city will attend the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party. It will be a great opportunity for you to connect with some of the most inspirational creators.
Which speakers will be at the event / which topics will be discussed?
All will be shared in due course.
Can I bring my spouse / partner / friend / photographer?
You can bring a spouse / partner or friend to Paris but they will not be able to attend the event activities on this occasion in any capacity. You will be responsible for arranging their flight and all costs will be at your own expense including, but not limited to, flights, transfers, increased hotel costs (double occupancy and breakfast charges) and other additional expenses.
My agent/manager always attends work events with me, will they be able to attend the event with me?
You can bring your agent / manager to Paris but they will not be able to attend the event activities on this occasion in any capacity. You will be responsible for arranging their flight and all costs will be at your own expenses
I have a baby or young children, can they attend with me?
Sadly, children are not invited to join the event however please reach out to your Amazon Creator Manager if you have a newborn baby or specific circumstances that require you to travel with your child.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the event.
Can I choose my hotel?
No, your hotel will be pre-selected by our logistics team. If you wish to stay at a different hotel, this will be at your own expense.
I want to amend my hotel reservation?
If you want to change your hotel requirements or extend your stay at the hotel that Amazon has booked, please contact the logistics team: rsvp@anotherastory.com.
Who do I contact on-site if I have any hotel issues?
Please visit the hotel reception first. If there is a query, they are not able to solve, please email our Logistics team on: rsvp@anotherastory.com.
Who can I inform about my dietary requirements?
You can specify your dietary requirements during the signup process in the registration form. If you need us to update your requirements, please contact our support team: rsvp@anotherastory.com.
I have become unwell during the trip, what should I do?
If there is an emergency, please call 112 and contact the logistics team onsite on rsvp@anotherastory.com. If you are at the venue, please visit the reception desk for assistance.
When will I get reimbursed?
Your reimbursement will only be processed after your attendance to the full day at the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party, for the following durations; Day event 10:00 - 15:30, and attending the Evening event.
What must I attend to receive my €300/ £300 or €150 travel reimbursement?
You must attend the full day of the Amazon EU Education Day & Party. Day event from 10:00 - 15:30, and attending the Evening event. If you do not attend the full day at the Event you are at risk of not receiving your full €300/£300 or €150 reimbursement, this will be at the discretion of Another A Story.
What happens if my total travel costs exceed the Amazon travel allowance?
We would love for you to attend the event, so we are offering a travel incentive to make it easier for you to join us. All guests are receiving their entitled reimbursement of €300/ £300 or €150 to contribute to their travel expenses. If your chosen travel route exceeds this amount, please note that any additional costs will need to be covered by you
What happens if my travel is less than €300/£300 or €150?
If you spend under the allowance, Amazon will still reimburse €300/£300 or €150 to guests.
If I fly elsewhere after the event (instead of going back to my home country), will those flights still be covered?
Yes, your travel is covered up to the cost of €300/£300 or €150 regardless of your departure and return destination.
I have had a change in plans and need to cancel, what do I do?
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party please let our Logistics team know by emailing our Logistics team at rsvp@anotherastory.com by 16th October, 2026. If you do not attend the Education day and Holiday Party, unfortunately your travel costs will not be reimbursed. See the T&Cs for further info.

How do I get to and from the Amazon EU Education Day & Holiday Party venues from my hotel?
The Education Day shall be taking place within the hotel so you shall be notified by our logistics team on how to get to the area.

The Party shall be taking place local to the hotel so you shall be notified by our logistics team on how to get to the location.
Where and when is the Party?
The Party shall be in the evening of the10th November and the location shall be shared closer to the event date but will be local to the hotel.
Which meals are included as part of my stay?
10th November: Breakfast is included as part of your room, at the hotel. Lunch will be provided on Education Day. Dinner will be provided by Amazon at the Party surprise location
There will be snacks and drinks provided at the venue throughout the day.
11th November: Breakfast is included as part of your room, at the hotel.
Hotel breakfast for both days will be provided in the event space at the hotel, which will be disclosed when checking in.
Is the event accessible for wheelchair users or those who cannot walk far?
Yes, the Event venue is accessible for wheelchair users.
Am I able to choose my flights?
Yes, please book the flight that works best for your personal needs. Please note Creators must arrive in Paris, France no later than Monday, 9th November and attend both the Education Day activities and the party in the evening on 10th November, so any flights booked must accommodate travel plans that allow for departure from the hotel on Wednesday, 11th November.
Are the transfers to and from the airport / train / eurostar stations provided?
You are responsible for organising your own transfers to and from the airport or stations both in your home country and in Paris. This will need to be covered within the Amazon travel allowance.
Does the venue have a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom at the venue.

What is the dress code for the Education Day and Party?
We want you to feel comfortable and fabulous, please avoid graphic tees with brands directly printed on the front for videography purposes. And of course, bring out your Amazon Fashion products! There will be a TON of photo moments perfect for your Amazon Storefront.
For the Party, a dress code shall be shared closer to the event.
